Job Description
Uppal Farms and Greenhouses Ltd is currently seeking to employ a Farm Manager on a full time permanent basis.
The incumbent is expected to:
• Manage the overall operation of Uppal Farms and Greenhouses Ltd
• Determine the amount of fruit to be grown in farm
• Plant, cultivate and harvest blueberry and crops for Uppal Farms and Greenhouses Ltd
• Hire and supervise farm workers and for Uppal Farms and Greenhouses Ltd
• Establish a marketing program for Uppal Farms and Greenhouses Ltd
• Purchase farm machinery, seed and other supplies
• Maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings
• Develop and keep financial and production records.
